On Jan. 12, the signing
ceremony of the 2nd round of cooperation between Ningbo
University of Technology (NBUT) and Ningbo Petrochemical
Economic & Technological Development Zone (NPETD) was
held in Fenghua Campus. Lin Yalien (vice chairman of
Ningbo CPPCC, secretary of Zhenhai District Committee,
secretary of NPETD), Xu Wenhua (deputy secretary and
deputy director of NPETD), Lv Zhongda (secretary of
NBUT), Shao Qianjun (principal of NBUT), Bao Jilong
(deputy principalof NBUT) and responsible persons
attended the signing ceremony.
In April 2018,
NBETD and NBUT signed the first round of cooperation
agreement. The school invested 36.4 million yuan to
build a chemical safety training center. The two sides
have carried out in-depth cooperation in science and
technology services, talent training, cooperation
between schools and enterprises, and have achieved
fruitful results. After the signing of the new round of
agreement, the chemical safety training center will be
upgraded to a chemical training base, which will make
NBETD the first chemical zone in the province to build a
training base.
After three years
of construction, supported with the national production
and education integration project, Bureau of emergency
management of Ningbo and NPETD guided the whole process
and a practical device of typical chemical process and
production process has been built to realize the
strategic leap from theoretical knowledge to practical
operation assessment according to the characteristics of
Ningbo green petrochemical industry.
The chemical safety
training center can carry out the training of production
process actual operation, the equipment cognition, the
safety work and so on. At the same time, unifies the
training center overall plan and the building layout,
dangerous chemical production worker training and the
examination equipment system was developed.
