
2019年博士毕业于南昌大学材料系,2019.12-2023.7年于北京理工大学从事博士后研究,现就职于宁波工程学院,任副研究员。主要从事致力于低维铁电材料与第三代半导体材料载流子输运的多场耦合调控机理,新功能挖掘与应用研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,参与其他国家项目3项;入选2023年甬江引才工程;迄今在Nat. Commun.、Adv. Func. Mater.、Appl. Phys. Lett.等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,担任Nat. Commun、Adv. Mater等期刊同行评审专家。
